Our home on Royal Street in
Bywater (4123 Royal) has room for a tenant. The offer to rent is for a single person only. The tenant would occupy the upstairs camelback as a bedroom-study area (unfurnished), while
having free access to a furnished living room, dining room, fully equiped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher) and laundry room (washer and dryer) on the main floor, and yard. Central heating and air
conditioning.
Essentially, the occupancy would
be the equivalent of a one bedroom apartment inside a larger, unoccupied three bedroom, home.
The rent is $800 per month, all
utilities included. In exchange for a bit of yard work (cutting the small lawn primarily), the rent will be reduced to $725 per month, again with all utilities included.
None of the furnishings shown in
the pics below are currently in the house. At move-in, the Camelback Room will remain unfurnished. The living room and dining room will be furnished. Internet and cable (or Satellite -
there is a DirecTV dish on the house) will be the tenants responsibility, and cost will be in addition to the rent.
