    performing arts programs in middle schools, high schools, college, and universities across
    North America.  Once completed, hotlinks within the database will connect prospective
    students, guidance counselors, and parents directly to the websites of performing arts 
    schools and programs, providing useful contact information and facilitating online browsing

  • Meet the Berminghams
Joyce Margaret Bermingham - Joyce is from Orillia, Ontario and has nearly 20 years of classroom teaching experience, most with the Metropolitan Separate School Board in Toronto.  She is a registered Ontario Teacher, completed her B.Ed. in elementary education at McGill  University in Montréal and returned there in 1988 to complete a master's degree (MLIS) in library and information science. 
J. Michelle Bermingham - The eldest of the two Bermingham children, Michelle completed her B.Sc. in honors biology at York University in Toronto and received her MD degree from Université Laval in Québec City.  She trained in Emergency Medicine at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, practiced in the Emergency Department at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota until 2006, when she began a second residency in opthalmology at Louisiana State University.  She finished her training in the spring of 2009 and returned to Duluth and with her husband Terry and her daughters Hailey and Lauren to begin practicing her new medical specialty.  Michelle is an avid sports-person, loves the outdoors (equestrian sports, hiking, rock climbing, cycling, swimming).  
A. Bryce Bermingham - Bryce completed his honors B.F.A. in Music Theatre at the University of Windsor in 1995 and received an honors M.F.A. in Musical Theatre from the College of Performing Arts at Chicago's Roosevelt University.  Bryce is a very talented actor, singer, dancer and fight choreographer.  He is a certified Fight Director (Fight Directors Canada) and a certified actor/combatant (British Society of Fight Directors).  He appeared in the role of Mungojerrie in the National Tour of Cats, and lives in New York City. Most recently, Bryce was fight choreographer for a production of The Three Muskateers at North Shore Music Theatre (Boston).  Visit Bryce's website at www.ludio.com.
